Today, dive deep into Marrakech’s rich history and culture with a guided tour. Visit the stunning Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, and Koutoubia Mosque. Explore the colorful souks and the iconic Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Option to visit the beautiful Majorelle Garden in the afternoon.
Journey through the scenic High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Stop at the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah before continuing to Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Africa.” Then, drive through the Valley of Roses and arrive in the dramatic Dades Valley for overnight.
This morning, travel through the Dades Gorge and on to the towering Todra Gorge — a haven for rock climbers and photographers. In the afternoon, continue toward Merzouga, where you’ll embark on a camel ride across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. Enjoy a stunning desert sunset and spend the night in a luxury desert camp.
A full day to explore the wonders of the Sahara. Take a 4x4 desert excursion to visit nomadic Berber families, explore the black desert, and visit the village of Khamlia, known for traditional Gnawa music. Return to your camp or desert lodge for a second night in the desert.
Leave the desert behind and head north through the beautiful Ziz Valley, known for its lush date palms. Cross the Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping in the alpine town of Ifrane. Arrive in Fes by evening, where you’ll check into a traditional riad inside the old medina.
Explore one of Morocco’s most fascinating cities. Your guide will take you through the medieval streets of Fes el-Bali, home to the world's oldest university (Al-Qarawiyyin). Visit the tanneries, artisan quarters, madrasas, and other historical treasures.
Depart Fes and head toward the imperial city of Meknes for a short visit to its monumental gates and historic sites. Then continue to the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Arrive in Chefchaouen, the famous blue city nestled in the Rif Mountains.
Enjoy a relaxed morning exploring Chefchaouen’s picturesque streets, blue-washed buildings, and artisan shops. In the afternoon, journey to Casablanca. Optional stop at the majestic Hassan II Mosque if time allows. Overnight in Casablanca.

Know Before You Go
When booking your tour, kindly let us know about any dietary preferences or specific requirements you may have, such as vegetarian or vegan options. This helps us tailor meals to suit your needs throughout the journey.
- Our experienced guides carefully choose restaurants that are renowned for serving fresh, high-quality meals to ensure your comfort and well-being during the trip. If you have a preferred restaurant in mind, feel free to let your guide know—they will be happy to accommodate your request. Your satisfaction, especially when it comes to dining, is a top priority for us.
- Although this is primarily a private experience, you also have the option to join others by selecting our shared 3 days desert tour from Marrakech.
- You also have the flexibility to drive directly to the Merzouga desert on the first day. This option allows you to dedicate the second day entirely to exploring Merzouga, following the full itinerary outlined in the 3 days tour from Marrakech to Merzouga.
- Please keep in mind that the third day includes a long drive. If you’d prefer a more relaxed pace, consider choosing the 4 days Marrakech desert tour, which offers more time and less travel per day.
- For a richer experience, we highly recommend spending a full day in Merzouga. This is especially ideal if you choose the 4 days tour from Marrakech to Merzouga or the 5 days tour from Marrakech to Merzouga.
- This 3 days Marrakech desert tour can also conclude in Fes by selecting our Marrakech to Fes desert tour. Alternatively, you can begin in Fes and finish in Marrakech with the Fes to Marrakech desert tour.
- While it’s possible to experience the desert in just two days by choosing our Marrakech desert tours 2 days, please note that we do not recommend this option due to the extensive driving involved.
